NSUITE.cloud

NSUITE.cloud combines our eANV solution NSUITE.web and a web service-based API to include eANV into your software, such as your waste management system, ERP system or even your weighing software. All NSUITE.cloud components are hosted on NSUITE servers located in a German data centre.

The available components of the web service cover all currently known data exchange scenarios between your application and our electronic records management system. If required, this web service can be expanded to include additional scenarios, which we will coordinate with you.

This system gives you access to the electronic records management documents, processes them in a legally compliant and BMU-compliant manner and finalises them by means of a signature process initiated from your system for transfer to external parties or responsible supervisory authorities.

  • Automatic document dispatch to all parties involved in waste transport and the authority(ies)
  • Semantic and syntactic checks when receiving documents
  • Print views in the classic layout of the forms

Interfaces

Webservice interfaces

In order to exchange data with an NSUITE system and call certain functions in the sense of an API, an XML schema was designed to record commands and user data structures. This NSUITE XML schema is versioned and developed to be as downward compatible as possible. This means that older versions of the interface connection also remain functional with newer NSUITE interface components. The command calls name the schema version in which they are formulated and are analysed individually accordingly. On the other hand, the current NSUITE schema can be used promptly, as the mapped range of functions is only supplemented and the known functions remain congruent.

In order to provide a web-based interface for the NSUITE interface format, a simple SOAP wrapper with just a single action was defined: The transfer of the interface XML and the delivery of the response. You can use code generators to create a SOAP client for your software environment. However, the necessary SOAP XML is so simple that you can implement a functioning connection via HTTP(S) using only string templates.

As access security is required for a hosted NSUITE solution, the NSUITE user administration is integrated into the SOAP header as authentication (WS-Security).

Integration

Integration made simple for software houses

NSUITE.cloud offers all the functionalities required to map the electronic waste records procedure and connect it to an existing system in the company. In particular, the interfaces for displaying documents in BMU format with its layer technology and the attached qualified electronic signatures can be used immediately via the signature application component NSUITE.signature, which is part of every NSUITE deployment scenario.
